Aim

The SOLE project aims to develop:

·        a Learning Centre Model for on-line learning

·        guide-lines for planning and developing on-line materials

·        procedures for the accreditation of prior learning

·        quality criteria and certification procedures  of an on-line learning delivery  system

·        on-line learning materials

Project’s Motivation

Life-long learning:

·   Development of on-line tailored learning opportunities suitable to promote the acquisition of cross-skills such as the use of ICTs and the knowledge of foreign languages

·        Development of tools for the recognition and valorisation of competencies already acquired at school and/or at work

Easy access to training:

·        Creation of a virtual learning environment that offers on-line self-learning paths and on-line/on-time tutoring.

Integration of work-linked training and on-line training

·        Provision of on-line tools for monitoring and evaluating work experiences

Quality certification of training

·        Analysis of quality standards for on-line learning paths and identification of  quality criteria to be applied to an on-line learning delivery system
