This area offers two fora:

It deals with matters concerning methodologies, procedures, materials suitable for an on-line learning environment

This forum welcomes contributions  on:

  • the most suitable strategies to promote communication, exchanges of ideas and sharing of resources
  • how to improve  one's  own learning by using ICT at work, in contexts allowing flexibility of timetable and tailored paths.
  • how to plan and develop communication systems suitable to promote virtual learning communities

It hosts contributions on matters concerning the recognition of on-line learning and the accreditation of prior formal, informal and not-formal learning

This forum welcomes contributions on:

  • the importance of  transparency  and assessment of knowledge that is more and more attained through individual learning  paths
  • how to get a formal recognition of formal, informal and not-formal learning and the appraisal of "implicit" competencies able to promote positive behaviours
  • the existence of assessment methodologies leading to the recognition and certification of competencies acquired in diversified learning contexts.

The two fora are multilingual; anyone can use the language of their own country and or a language widely known in order to be read by a larger quantity of people.
